We recently sat down to chat with Franco Monnecka, a young hockey player from NJ who was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma when he was 11yrs old. We were joined by his family and former NHL players George Parros and Ken Daneyko, as well as actor Taylor Kitsch and Jamey Crimmins (Jam Cancer Foundation). Join us as we learn firsthand what it was like for the Monnecka family as they received the devastating phone call no parent wants to get. Franco and his parents graciously share their story so that others might have a tiny window into what these families go through emotionally, physically, mentally, and financially. With support from an incredible community of caregivers that includes youth hockey organizations across the country, USA Hockey, countless NHL teams and the National Hockey League itself, The Rock, Taylor Kitsch, and countless NHL stars -- Franco was showered with love  and we are so proud to share that Franco is now in remission!
